Move your body
with purpose.

Clinical based exercises for enhanced movement, increased strength or rehab recovery.

Tailored Movements

What is the difference between Clinical Pilates and Pilates?

Clinical Pilates differs from Pilates because it takes into account an individual’s specific injuries, fitness goals or rehab journey. Whereas Pilates generally has every person work in the same way following the same exercises.

Clinical Pilates helps treats several conditions and injuries ranging from chronic pain, fatigue, hyper-mobility, lower back pain as well as serving as a prevention to injury.

Approach

As a clinically trained instructor, I help clients engage in dynamic and personalised strength or rehabilitation programs.
A specifically designed program is created based on your functional goals. We then measure progress, track results and improve your overall wellbeing or recovery journey.

I put emphasis on creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment where everyone can feel welcomed and valued.
The focus on customisation shows a deep commitment to meeting the unique needs of each person.

Prioritising individual well-being adds an extra layer of support for individuals on their wellness journey.
