Your instructors

I’ve been in-love with Pilates since my first ever mat class in 2008. Since then I have read countless books, attended all different types of classes, watched videos, talked about Pilates until I was blue in the face!

I studied to become a Pilates instructor because I love helping and people achieve fitness, strength and flexibility. I want people to love it as much as I do.

I quite quickly decided that I didn’t however enjoy attending or teaching a large group class. Where you feel just like another body in the room. That style isn’t for me. I much prefer a personalised approach. One where I can focus on a client and work with their needs. I’m big on numbers and tracking results and making sure we both can see the progress and can mark a big tick next to a goal.

I then studied Clinical Pilates to help me become better educated (scientifically backed) in working with people that have had injury or the ageing individual looking to stay mobile or the new mum looking to regain strength after pregnancy.

There are so many studios around the country that offer group classes that you can attend when you like but there AREN’T enough studios that offer a trackable, personalised and measured service that focuses purely on your desired outcome and goals. This is the space I’m choosing to set up shop.

I look forward to working with you.
